Before batch printing, should first fix the printing screen into ink, check the layout of graphic reproduction layer, ink color, ink layer thickness, specifications, overprinter accuracy.If the overprinter accuracy is poor, can be adjusted according to the table under the fine tuning knob;If the ink color is wrong, check whether the wrong ink, and immediately replace;If the ink is not good, solvent can be used to wipe the part of the screen layout, so that the ink through the performance and wettability of the substrate has been improved;If there is a big difference between the order and the level of graphics and text, should immediately replace the printing screen.The following points must be noted in the printing process.

1. Read the rules.Due to the plate frame in the printing back and forth movement, so that the screen plate and frame in the round-trip operation by the collision and vibration, a small displacement between the two, there will be overprinting inaccurate phenomenon, affecting the appearance of the product quality.So watch the rules, find them and adjust them.

2. Check the sample frequently.If ink is found on printed matter, wipe the screen with clean cotton cloth immediately.Most of this is due to the printing plate dirt, wool or ink skin drying block screen.If the ink color is found uneven or become shallow, may be the ink viscosity is too large, should immediately stop with solvent dilution of the ink viscosity, at the same time with solvent wipe screen version of the text and text part, prevent ink or block, in order to continue to work.

3. Stacking of semi-finished products.In the process of stacking semi-finished products, it must be neat and in the same direction.Do not put backwards or wrong.Material stacking error will affect the subsequent printing process.
