Screen printing screen mesh according to material classification

Because there are corresponding technical standards for the production of wire mesh, the wire mesh with different mesh sizes has a specified wire diameter, so simply say the wire mesh with different mesh sizes, and each hole does not count the actual wire diameter. Classification of net yarn

 

Single yarn tapestry screen yarn: suitable for screen printing of general walking platform, garment printing factory, handbag screen printing, plexiglass, plastic panel, etc. Polyester mesh is also made of chemical synthetic fiber, belonging to polyester series. Polyester wire mesh has the advantages of solvent resistance, high temperature resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. When the polyester wire mesh is subjected to large external pressure, its physical properties are stable and tensile property is small. Its disadvantage is that it has poor wear resistance compared with nylon mesh. In addition to the advantages of nylon screen printing, polyester screen is also suitable for printed circuit boards with high dimensional accuracy requirements.

 

Nylon wire mesh: it is made of chemical synthetic fiber and belongs to polyamide system. Nylon screen has a high strength, wear resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, elasticity are better, because the wire diameter is uniform, the surface is smooth, so the ink through is also excellent. The disadvantage is that the tensile property of nylon mesh is large. This kind of screen in a period of time after tension, the tension has been reduced, so that the screen printing plate relaxation, precision decline. Therefore, it is not suitable for PCB with high precision.

 

Stainless steel wire mesh: made of stainless steel. Stainless steel wire mesh is characterized by good wear resistance, high strength and small technical elongation, fine wire diameter, good ink passing performance, stable mechanical and chemical properties, and stable dimensional accuracy. Its shortage is poor elasticity and high price. After the wire mesh is stretched, it cannot be restored to its original state. Stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for high precision printing such as circuit board and integrated circuit.
