Type of screen printing

type

Screen printing, as a kind of widely used printing, can be divided into textile printing, plastic printing, metal printing, ceramic printing, glass printing, electronic product printing, lottery screen printing, electric decoration advertising board screen printing, metal advertising board screen printing, stainless steel products screen printing, light reflector screen printing, screen transfer, anodizing, screen printing and lacquer ware according to the different printing materials Screen printing and so on.

Textile printing

Fabric printing refers to the process of forming patterns on fabrics by printing. The printing methods include: type plate printing, screen printing, rotary screen printing, transfer printing and multi-color dye printing. Screen printing comes from type plate printing (including type paper plate and zinc plate), which starts from manual operation, gradually moves to semi-automatic and fully automatic, and then develops from flat screen printing to round screen printing.

Direct printing of coatings

Pigment direct printing is to directly print the prepared printing paste on the fabric, which is the most simple and commonly used process in the printing process. Coating direct printing process generally refers to printing on white or light colored fabrics, which is convenient in color matching and simple in process. After printing, it can be baked and applied to all kinds of fiber fabrics. According to the commonly used adhesives, the direct printing process of coatings can be divided into acclamine F-type adhesives. Three direct printing processes including acrylate binder, styrene butadiene latex and chitin binder.

silk printing

The main methods of silk printing are direct printing, discharge printing and anti dyeing printing. Direct printing has been introduced before. Discharge printing, transfer printing and penetration printing will be introduced separately in the following sections. Here is mainly about anti dyeing printing.

Knitted underwear printing

The printing of knitted underwear mainly uses the direct printing process of coating. After printing, the fabric can be dried by double drying or natural drying, which avoids the problems of easy deformation of knitted fabric in wet treatment and difficult wet treatment of agricultural flakes. The printing method is mainly flat screen screen printing, which is divided into manual scraping and machine operation. This kind of printing method can adapt to all kinds of flower patterns with various forms and organizational structures, and is suitable for the production needs of small batch and many colors.

Discharge printing

Discharge printing, also known as engraving, refers to the printing method of using discharge agent to print on colored fabric, destroying part of the dyed pigment, thus obtaining various patterns and patterns. Discharge agent is a kind of chemical that can make the bottom of dyeing fade. Hang baijue, stannous chloride, etc. This method can be divided into two kinds of patterns: white and colored. The latter dyeing method makes the fabric pattern fine, but the process is complex and the cost is high.

Burnt out silk screen

The rotten flower system uses two kinds of fiber blended fabrics with different acid resistance. After acid rotten pulp printing and chemical processing, the part of the natural fiber that is not acid resistant is rotted to expose the part of the chemical fiber that is acid resistant, forming a crystal clear flower pattern. Its special style makes the rotten flower products have a high-grade and gorgeous feeling. Rotten flower products are not only beautiful in appearance, but also of good internal quality. They are wear-resistant, powerful, easy to wash, fast dry and easy to iron. They are welcomed by domestic and foreign markets. The research and application of rotten flower technology is popular in textile printing and dyeing industry.

Wool printing

Printed wool fabrics are mainly thin plain fabrics or tulle fabrics, most of which are used to make women’s shirts, dresses, scarves and skirts. In addition to direct printing, there are also pull out printing, anti printing and transfer printing. The printing of wool blended fabric also accounts for a certain proportion, and the relief finishing of wool fabric is also quite popular, mainly used for woolen sweater.

Velvet printing

Diamond printing uses the characteristics of silk screen printing to print on velveteen, which can obtain a special flash effect, and can emit the light of natural diamond under the sunlight.

Foaming printing

There are many kinds of fabric special printing, among which foam printing is one of them. The features of foam printing are: strong three-dimensional feeling, similar to artificial embroidery, soft hand, wear-resistant, water-resistant, good fastness and flexibility, and can be widely used in tablecloth, curtain, tea towel, handkerchief, pillow towel, clothing, tourist souvenirs, etc. It can be used not only in natural fiber fabrics such as cotton, hemp and silk, but also in man-made fiber fabrics.

Flocking printing

Electrostatic flocking is a new technology rising in textile industry. It is a kind of product that uses high voltage electrostatic field to plant short fiber on grey cloth. Flocking products have simple technology, strong three-dimensional sense and low cost, so they are widely used in rubber, plastic, artificial leather and decorative products, especially for small batch of tourism products, which shows its incomparable advantages. Flocking pattern decoration on shoes, hats, children’s wear, trademarks and costumes will make them unique.

transfer printing

Transfer printing is a kind of printing process which relies on the sublimation of dye and the diffusion and affinity of dye vapor to fiber to complete the dye effect. Transfer printing is a kind of printing and dyeing production method with practical significance in waterless processing. In addition to not using water, there is also a major feature of paper deformation is small, so you can print fine multi-level pattern and photographic pictures. Transfer the pattern picture to the cloth. Its effect is sometimes better than that of general anti discharge printing.

Special printing method

In addition to the above ten common printing methods, there are also special printing methods, such as electrochemical aluminum transfer printing, photoluminescent printing, fluorescent printing, gold and silver powder printing, paint foam printing, color printing, fragrance printing, diamond printing and pearlescent printing and so on.
