This paper analyzes the influence of screen printing quality from the mechanical properties of screen, screen frame, ink scraper and other basic screen printing materials, that is, deformation, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the practical application of screen printing.Screen is the foundation of screen printing. The model is established to analyze the stress relationship between macro screen and micro screen, which provides a basis for developing new applied screen.According to the mechanical properties of screen, choosing suitable and economical screen can greatly reduce the printing cost.Screen frame due to the material and its structure, in the platemaking process is prone to deformation, affecting the quality of screen.In this paper, according to the mesh frame material and mesh frame structure deformation principle, before the use of mesh frame do appropriate pretreatment measures to ensure the smooth screen printing, avoid the mesh frame deformation caused by the waste of wire mesh and other materials.Now the main material of screen scraper is rubber, rubber is a kind of polymer material, squeezer force in the process of printing, under the action of the force of the rubber curled molecular chain through the movement of the chain along the direction of the force of extension, so that the squeezer deformation, a series of adverse effects on the printing quality.In this paper, the deformation of scraper in printing is analyzed, and the compensation measures and improvement measures are put forward.In the end, orthogonal experimental method is introduced to get the main effect of screen tension in screen printing, followed by the conclusion of the Angle and spacing of the scraper.In the actual production, the orthogonal experiment method can be used to get the best technological conditions, which can provide reference for the production practice.
