There are generally several printing methods for fabric printing:
1. Pigment direct printing is to print the prepared printing paste directly on the fabric, which is the most simple and commonly used process in the printing process. Coating direct printing process generally refers to printing on white or light colored fabrics, which is convenient in color matching and simple in process. After printing, it can be baked and applied to all kinds of fiber fabrics. According to the commonly used adhesives, the direct printing process of coatings can be divided into acclamine F-type adhesives. Three direct printing processes including acrylate binder, styrene butadiene latex and chitin binder.
2. The main methods of silk printing are direct printing, discharge printing and anti dyeing printing. Direct printing has been introduced before. Discharge printing, transfer printing and penetration printing will be introduced separately in the following sections. Here is mainly about anti dyeing printing.
3. The direct printing process of coating is mainly used in the printing of knitted underwear. After printing, the fabric can be dried by double drying or natural drying, which avoids the problems of easy deformation of knitted fabric and difficult wet treatment of agricultural flakes. The printing method is mainly flat screen screen printing, which is divided into manual scraping and machine operation. This kind of printing method can adapt to all kinds of flower patterns with various forms and organizational structures, and is suitable for the production needs of small batch and many colors.
4. Discharge printing discharge printing, also known as engraving, refers to the printing method of using discharge agent to print on colored fabric, destroying some dyed pigments, thus obtaining various patterns and patterns. Discharge agent is a kind of chemical that can make the bottom of dyeing fade. Such as: dangbaijue, stannous chloride, etc. This method can be divided into two kinds of patterns: white and colored. The latter dyeing method makes the fabric pattern fine, but the process is complex and the cost is high.
5. Silk screen burnt out fabric is made of two kinds of fiber mixtures with different acid resistance. After acid burnt out pulp printing and chemical processing, the part of the natural fiber that is not acid resistant will be rotted to expose the acid resistant part of the chemical fiber, forming a crystal clear pattern. Its special style makes the burnt out products have a high-grade and gorgeous feeling. Rotten flower products are not only beautiful in appearance, but also of good internal quality. They are wear-resistant, powerful, easy to wash, fast dry and easy to iron. They are welcomed by domestic and foreign markets. In recent years, the research and application of rotten flower technology is popular in textile printing and dyeing industry.
6. Woolen fabric printing. Woolen fabrics are mainly thin plain fabrics or tulle fabrics, most of which are used to make women’s shirts, dresses, scarves and skirts. In addition to direct printing, there are also pull out printing, anti printing and transfer printing. The printing of wool blended fabric also accounts for a certain proportion, and the relief finishing of wool fabric is also quite popular, mainly used for woolen sweater.
7. Velvet printing diamond printing uses the characteristics of silk screen printing to print on velvet, which can obtain a special flash effect, and can emit the light of natural diamond under the sunlight.
8. There are many kinds of special printing of foam printed fabric, and foam printing is one of them. The features of foam printing are: strong three-dimensional feeling, similar to artificial embroidery, soft hand, wear-resistant, water-resistant, good fastness and flexibility, and can be widely used in tablecloth, curtain, tea towel, handkerchief, pillow towel, clothing, tourist souvenirs, etc. It can be used not only in natural fiber fabrics such as cotton, hemp and silk, but also in man-made fiber fabrics.
9. Flocking printing electrostatic flocking is a new technology emerging in the textile industry. It is a kind of product that uses high voltage electrostatic field to plant short fiber on grey cloth. Flocking products are simple, three-dimensional and low-cost, so they are widely used in rubber, plastic, artificial leather and decorative products, especially for small quantities of tourism products. Flocking pattern decoration on shoes, hats, children’s wear, trademarks and clothes will make their style unique.
10. Transfer printing is a kind of printing process which relies on the sublimation of dye and the diffusion and affinity of dye vapor to the fiber to complete the dye effect. Transfer printing is a kind of printing and dyeing production method with practical significance in waterless processing. In addition to not using water, there is also a major feature of paper deformation is small, so you can print fine multi-level pattern and photographic pictures. Transfer the pattern picture to the cloth. Its effect is sometimes better than that of general anti discharge printing.
In addition to the above ten common printing methods, there are also special printing methods, such as electrochemical aluminum transfer printing, photoluminescent printing, fluorescent printing, gold and silver powder printing, paint foam printing, discoloration printing, fragrance printing, diamond printing and pearlescent printing, and so on.
